Following are UI & UX notes from an hour+ testing that don’t fit in TrustPilot, canny, or Fb.

Working in Templates

• These are well laid-out. I used Tweet Machine and GmB - Product Description
• The helpful Templates categories / filters aren’t visible when I’m not at full-screen (Firefox, Ubuntu; outlier)
• Explicitly save documents makes Templates work-in-progress available in Documents
• Templates work in progress is persisted in History even without explicit saves. 👍 A page reload or additional History click is sometimes required.
• Tooltips would make these more accessible and usable. Tool tip information on-hover in the status bar also helps.
• Deep links to everything: Having direct links to all items and assets helps revisit, share, and document things I’ve learned about specific Jounce features. I can link directly to documents I’ve created, e.g., but not the History of a Template I’ve used.
